I understand that the sealing process can also be used to seal and prevent scratching on stainless steel sinks. My sink is scratched and would like to know if your company can remove the scratches, seal the stainless steel sink and then provide me with a maintenance regime to prevent scratches.

I also have a glass and tumbled marbled shower that needs to be readied for sealing, sealed and then maintained. How successul is the sealing process on these surfaces?

Thanks

Hi Jill,

Thanks for contacting Sealing Technologies Management. Granite Shield's sealing process works great on both shower doors and stainless steel. The process really doesn't prevent scratching on stainless steel, but helps with water spotting and fingerprinting. Yes there are some companies out there that do have kits or applicators that can repair scratches on stainless steel. Removing the scratch from stainless steel is an art and I would be very careful before hiring someone to do so and especially if you're going to do it yourself you should practice many times first. There isn't a company I can recommend for you to contact to remove scratches on your stainless steel because of the company I know of I wouldn't recommend to anyone. Granite Shield I'd say from what I've experienced has the best hardwater spot removal and sealing process for shower door glass and sealing process for tumbled marbled showers. I feel so confident in the product I will be having tumbled marble installed in my bathroom in the next 30 days.

Thanks,
Sealing Technologies Management
